A build gets your site launched. The Care Plan keeps it fast, secure and up to date after launch day, with me on the other end of the phone.
The Care Plan
Every site I build is meant to run on a Care Plan. It covers hosting, updates, monitoring and direct access to me, so your site keeps working and you never have to think about it. It is not required, but it is how I recommend running your site.

Common questions
Who owns my website?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and the content and code are yours. If you ever want to take the site somewhere else, you can.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything: your domain, your content and your code. I hand over what you need to move the site to another host, and nothing is held back.
Do I need the Care Plan?
No, it is not required. You own the site either way. The Care Plan is how I keep it online, secure and up to date so you never have to think about it. Most owners choose it for that reason.
How do changes work?
Call or email me and say what you want changed. You talk to the engineer who built your site, not a ticket queue. [CHANGE PROCESS DETAILS]
What if I already have a website?
That is fine. I can rebuild it, or move your existing site over with the site migration add-on. Either way, it starts with a free site review to see what is worth keeping.
